This is an insight meditation with four different anchors: sensations of breath, sensations of body, listening to silence, and seeing space. All of these anchors are ones that you can put some of your awareness in throughout your day to help keep you grounded in the present moment. This meditation allows you to explore each one.

Relax and release mindfulness meditation

This is an insight meditation with the anchor being the sensations of the body. It emphasizes having the courage to feel, love, and accept all feelings, be they pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral. By accepting them and seeing the good in them, we can experience them in a relaxed, calm, and objective manner. By experiencing emotions in a relaxed, calm, and objective manner, the emotions are able to freely move and be released from the body instead of becoming trapped emotional energy.
