Meditation details:

• In concentration meditation, you are learning to focus and sustain your awareness on a given object. The object for this meditation is the sensations of breath found on the skin between your upper lip and nose and the skin in and around your nostrils.

• Concentration and mindfulness are two sides of the same coin. Mindfulness is the ability to watch our inner life in a calm, objective, non-reactive manner. Concentration is the ability to be non-distracted and it allows us to maintain our mindfulness from moment-to-moment creating a continuity of mindful awareness.

• Through regular practice and training in concentration meditation, you will be able to experience deeper states of peace, relaxation, calmness, and tranquility.

• This meditation is 32-minutes long. For your comfort, consider taking off your shoes, glasses, and watch for the duration of this meditation.
