Musical Meditations

Interested in guided meditations with soothing music in the background? We now have three of them for you to try!

The Boundless Love Project was invited to lead meditations at the meditation tent at this year’s Twin Cities Veg Fest, a free vegan food festival organized by Compassionate Action for Animals that happened September 16, 2018. Thanks to musician Bryan Schumann, the meditations had soothing music playing in the background and were recorded.

We have made these recordings ready for you to use. Try them out and let us know what you think of them in the comments below.

For easy access, these meditations are also available on our guided meditations page.

Let me just add that Veg Fest was amazing event to attend, and not just because they had a meditation tent. They also had a huge variety of local businesses selling vegan foods and more. In addition, several nonprofits shared information on how to get involved to help people, animals, and the planet. There was no fee to enter the festival which was held at Harriet Island in St. Paul.

To top it off, even though nine-thousand people attended, I believe it was a zero-waste event. Venders were required to use recyclable or compostable serving trays and utensils. Volunteers stood by all of the recycling and composting stations to help attendees sort what went where.

This is an annual event, so if you missed it this year, check it out next year. Details on the date, time, and location of the next Twin Cities Veg Fest will be posted at TCVegFest.com as the information becomes available.
