Use this meditation to let universal love wash away anything that impedes your ability to love.
If confusion, frustration, or stress arises while doing the meditation, try less. This meditation is about letting go and allowing love to flow through you. If trying less doesn't work, then just mindfully notice all that gets in the way of feeling love, so that no matter what happens, you learn something.
Those of us seeking inner growth or trying to create a global Beloved Community where all life thrives, are called to put down our hatred and judgments, and relate to everything and everyone with one or more of the four primary aspects of love: kindness, appreciation, acceptance, or joy.
