““Prior to meditation, my mind was a battleground; at war with myself, humanity, and all of life. Through mindfulness, and committing to love, major shifts have happened. Where before judgment, anger, envy, and fear had ruled, now there is a lot more love, peace, compassion, and joy. I teach meditation so that you, too, may enjoy these wonderful benefits.””
How the course may benefit you!
This training will give you practices that will help you shift your life in positive directions. If you do the work, over time, you may:
Experience how the simple practice of meditation produces many various and wonderful benefits.
Develop the essential skills of mindfulness, concentration, and allowance that help you live with more peace, ease, effortless, and joy.
Know your inherent self-worth, be your own best friend, and treat yourself with compassion, kindness, and dignity.
Reduce your stress, anxiety, anger, hatred, impatience, fear, and other afflictive emotions.
Improve your relationships and your sense of connection with all life.
Train yourself to notice what is skillful, beautiful, and wonderful in all life forms and situations, allowing you to live with more love and joy.
Learn six common categories of falsehoods that we all fall victim to, causing us to suffer and act in ways that harm ourselves and others. Using mindfulness, you will be able to recognize and observe the falsehoods, learn their pattern, investigate them, and see how they are untrue, unkind, and unhelpful. Seeing this, you will believe these falsehoods less and less, respond to them more and more with compassion and kindness, and live more skillfully with more wisdom, courage, and joy.
Integrate mindfulness into your daily life so you can be more skillful, happy, and connected to those around you.
And more!
““At a deep level, we all want our lives to radiate love, wisdom, and joy, yet our actions do not always reflect this. Meditation gives us a method to help our attitudes and behaviors catch up with our honorable intentions.””
