“Prior to meditation, my mind was a battleground; at war with myself, humanity, and all of life. Through mindfulness, and committing to love, all of that changed. Where there had been judgment, anger, envy, and fear in the mind, now there is love, peace, compassion, and joy. I teach meditation so that you, too, can enjoy these life-enriching benefits.”
— Freeman
