Knowing that the now is all there is, how do we relate skillfully to the conceptual future? Sometimes, the present moment asks us to make plans for our future. How can we plan our future without getting lost in it; without feeling the stress, anxiety, and fear that being lost in the conceptual future causes?
This is a continuation of a series of talks on Living in the Now, which is part of our Aspects of Truth series.
These group meditations are free and open to the public. Feel free to invite any interested friends, family, and colleagues. Our time together includes a 30-minute guided meditation, talk, and time for discussion.
