Meditation details:
- This is an insight meditation with four different anchors: sensations of breath, sensations of body, listening to silence, and seeing space. All of these anchors are ones that you can put some of your awareness in throughout your day to help keep you grounded in the present moment. This meditation allows you to explore each one.
- 34-minutes long.
- After listening, be sure to listen to the discussion, “Grounding ourselves in the present moment.”
